Locations Page update announcement!

Hello, TFS! We'd like to announce that the overhaul of our Locations Page, in response to suggestions brought up on the State of the Game post, is now complete.

Highlights:

• A map of the Far Shore! Please note that this map is not to scale, as distances and landmarks in the Far Shore are known to shift and in fact are more and more likely to do so the farther one gets from the Easternmost administrative district where Amaterasu dwells. All new gods' temples appear in the western district, which is also where abandoned temples and wild, shifting landscapes are most common. See the headings for each district on the Locations page for more information! **Note: East on this map is the TOP of the map, and West is the BOTTOM.


• The Main Office is now accepting property claim requests from new gods! What this means is that, if your god has more than 5,000 followers, you can apply for a transfer out of the Western district and into one of the main districts of the Far Shore. Property transfers do not cost followers like regains do -- they're just the Heavens' way of acknowledging the growing renown of a god. Each district has its own features and its own minimum follower count for resident deities: check out the Locations page for more information or to apply for a new address.


• More information on the state of the Library: our new library workers have put a lot of sweat and time into correcting some of the mess left behind by the now-deceased library goblins, but unfortunately they are discovering that most of the disorder is caused by the same magic that allows copies of unique or unpublished records to appear on the library shelves. The books are still moving, appearing and disappearing on their own, so although the library looks much tidier, it's still challenging to find specific items. Characters are free to explore the library and check out random volumes, but if you want to find specific books in the library, reply to the Book Requests comment on the Locations page so that the mods can RNG your search's success.
