Save The Boats

It's that time of the month again! Time for a little event to get you all up and moving and doing the god and shinki dances. As has been stated before, we don't want to leave your characters bogged down because of too many dramatic events all in a row, so this month we're going to take things nice and easy.

March 3 is Hinamatsuri in Japan, a day to celebrate girls. Part of the celbration includes sending dolls on boats down the river, and it is thought that bad luck travels away from them on this little girl effigies. Unfortunately, some of the bad luck comes back to shore every year, but the Heavens have a time-honored tradition of sending every god and shinki down to the riverbed a few days after Hinamatsuri in order to keep the boats floating along and prevent them from coming to shore.

The best part is, the Heavens provide you with food, booze, and music to make the night an exciting party for all of the Far Shore residents attending! So be sure to be dressed in your best and ready to mingle.

To participate in the event, you will just need to comment to the event/intro log after it goes up on April 15 at 7PM EST.

There is nothing stating that you MUST stop the boats from coming to shore or that you have to keep them in the river by any specific means. So, if your character is more likely to sink the boats or drag as many as they can to the shore, by all means have at it! This is just a fun little event that the Heavens have put together for you all to bond over.
