Perhaps there's a way the monthly announcements can be built into an incentive of sorts? Like a "link us a 10+ comment thread using one of the prompts for bonus exp" system? It would make using them for CR opportunities more appealing without tying them into prayers, while also presenting them in a more visible way.

This is a random thought I had, others are free to expand on the idea with their own suggestions.
