Character:Urashima Kotetsu
About: His short description is, "Naive and innocent, he's able to befriend anyone." Expanding on that, he's a little brother type that likes to run around making friends and generally just being the best he can be as far as being good goes. He hates bullies, is a natural swordsman, and has a curious affinity for turtles.

Plans: Finding a god for this kid and generally getting back into the swing of RP after a really off month.

HELLO I was super dead to the world when you hit me up last but just following up to say I'd love to have more CR with Urashima, especially since he's friends(?) with his shinki and all!

its ok last month was a super off month for me so i wasnt really around either, tbh. i'm definitely down and willing to work out some CR with these two tho. urashima might actually want to talk to him about chikusa... just in case... does add know chikusa

They've met in passing, that kinda counts? aaaaand I'm completely canonblind but hey if it's something that'd be relevant to his interests of course he'd want to harvest more valuable data on people to use for nefarious purposes.

Chikusa is Axel's shinki and really wanted info the last time Urashima saw him. He isn't sure if Chikusa knows the whole story yet but if he doesnt then turtle boy thinks there are parts he should probably hear from Add before someone else tells him....... bc last time chikusa got frustrated urashima got poisoned so
