Hell yes. It sounds like the bodies have all been cleared away by the Heavens, so they won't have the chance to actually examine any, but they can look for some! It'll be fun.

Also Scully will feel far more at home in a morgue than in the Heavens, let's be honest here.

Character: Yuri Kozukata
About: Serious, introverted, and rather standoffish with people, she developed some interesting abilities following the violent deaths of her family that left her the only survivor. She lives at the base of a mountain infamous as a suicide spot and her entire canon basically revolves around her trying to stop these spirits on the mountain.

She's described by the director as "the story [is] of Yuuri taking in the emotions of the dead using Mitori and ending up becoming a shrine maiden. I thought of shrine maidens as an intermediary between life and death, so Yuuri had to be someone who was drifting in the rift between life and death - between being alive and dead - and if she took a single step she would have to go one way or the other. We were particularly careful to give her a look in her eyes that made you feel how in the middle she is. Eyes that look like she could go somewhere far away; eyes that look as though she could be called to by death at any moment. Grief-stricken eyes at the reality of eventually dying alone."

Her god ability is Fear manipulation
God/Shinki: God. Ixtab, goddess of suicide.
Plans: Partnered with Neji, will also eventually gain one (1) Cho Hakkai as her second shinki. Currently investigating the whole shit with the souls and demon summoning and WEIRD MASKS. She assumes the person behind the demon summoning, the zombies, and their being brought in as replacements is one and the same. She's more suspicious of the Heavens though, assuming also that they know more than they let on and are covering things up.

A good chunk of her old CR has left or is leaving, so I definitely need to get her out there and involved in more. Mostly she sort of keeps to herself, but recently she's being more motivated to investigate things.

She also has the ability to track down lost things or people so long as she has something connected to it/them and can sometimes see peoples' memories (usually their deaths or the next most traumatic thing) if she touches them.
Wanted CR: If anyone wants their character to relive their own traumas (shinki need not apply to this unless you really want an excuse for your character to die LAUGHS....) hmu

Yes! Absolutely. Hakkai'll be happy to explain the theory to her, with supporting evidence... the more support he can get for finding out who is behind them, the happier he'll be.

About: Sole survivor of not one, but TWO huge disasters that have let her more than a little traumatized. A very kind, gentle girl who's easy to bully; she rarely tells someone no. Repressed memories of her childhood until at 19 she was forced to go back through and relive the moments as an adult to piece her broken mind back together. She's shy and polite but has difficulties forming connections with people due to her past.

Recently she's regained one of her memories, an important one that shows her finally losing her temper and beating up a bully (pls imagine jennifer shouting or hitting anyone it's Great) and deciding to never be such a weak, cowardly person again. Jennifer's taken those feelings from this childhood memory and is using it to try and start herself down a path to becoming a stronger person.

Character: Yuri Plisetsky
About: Yuri is very driven and aggressively tsundere about life in general. He's too proud for his own good and temperamental to boot, but he means well and he's a good kid under all the yelling and leopard print wardrobe.
God/Shinki: God! Bastet, appropriately.
Plans: Yuri is a newbie this month, so he's still settling in and getting used to the whole situation. Well, as used to it as he can get. Having two people from his former life that he cares about and admires as shinki is hard on him. Not that he's going to admit that to anyone.

As for plans, I want him to get down to god business and start working on prayers and ayakashi fighting once he figures out how that's supposed to work.

Wanted CR: Yuri could use some mentors in this whole god business. I would be cool with either good influences or bad influences in that department! And I'd like him to make some ACTUAL FRIENDS in his own age range because he seems to have exactly one of those (who is, thankfully, here, but still).

About: Sakon is an upbeat, energetic guy with good cheer to spare. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed and he has a bit of a gambling problem, but he means well!
God/Shinki: Shinki. He's just switched gods and is now in service of Vesta.
Plans: Sakon has been itching for a good fight lately! And he's still pretty fascinated by the world in general, so he's no doubt going to keep getting himself into trouble by messing around with things he doesn't understand. And then there's the fact that he's got to adjust to a god who's very, very different from the one he served before, so he's a busy guy!
Wanted CR: There's really no one whose life Sakon can't and/or won't shove himself into. He does equally well with characters who can be partners in crime, characters who would try to rein him in a little, and characters who could use a little ray of sunshine in their life!

Plans: His shinki is The Medicine Seller who Donut calls Hakari, and who has made him cry more times than Grif in a month! These two are just awesome together! Hakari is upping his game and trying to be open to "fun" something Donut has taken to heart, so he will be calling all shinki and their gods for a play date with Hakari! Please people, be friends with his shinki!

I'd love to throw Hakkai and Davesprite together again! Their interaction in that first thread was great and Hakkai can definitely sympathize with the cynical take on things.

Oh hey sup Viktor is here to annoy Yuri and also help with the fighting ayakashi thing, not that he knows what to do or how to do it. Whoops.

He might also have a teensy crush on Sakon already. Also whoops. He's drunk, that explains it...

About: 14 year old tiny girl who is very sweet and shy, she has a tendency to get confused and uncomfortable when people are nice to her because she's not used to it and doesn't really know what to do with it.

Also she's an assassin (more or less) and the Mist Guardian to the next head of the most powerful mafia family in the world and castmate of one (1) Hibari Kyouya and Chikusa. Her and Hibari are actually part of the same mafia family! Which might be hard to believe given their vastly different personalities lol Her and Chikusa are also part of another team and she's going to be really sad he doesn't remember her.

She's also capable of weaving very powerful illusions-- in fact, it's her illusions that are keeping her alive! She has little to no working organs and is using her illusions to trick her body that it's not dying. If/when her illusions fail her stomach caves in and she starts coughing up blood everywhere IT'S GREAT good times.
God/Shinki: God! She's Nephthys! Egyptian goddess of death, service, lamentation, nighttime and rivers
Plans: Partnered with Hokuto!

She's brand new so no real concrete plans just yet. She's kind of like "ah shit what do" because both of her castmates are shinki so she's kind of sad about it and not really convinced that just trying to befriend them anyhow is a good idea. But now she's really interested in figuring out how to break whatever's causing the amnesia WITHOUT murdering her friends so she'd be willing to to get involved with people looking into stuff.
Wanted CR: she literally just arrived so... FRI...ENDS?? I warn that Chrome may just straight up try to run away from overly nice/friendly people or if the thread suddenly turns into something like that, because she's still getting used to dealing with it. It is literally nothing OOCly against you or your character or anything, it's just who Chrome is as a person and it's terrible. If you're terrible to her she's like cool i got this. but super nice and you're not one of her castmates she expects it from? ??? ???? pANIC.

also more people to know she and hibari and chikusa are from the same world and lived/worked together more or less (she lived with Chikusa, worked with/is part of the same mafia family with Hibari) and be like "lol wat" since she's so different from them personality-wise
