If Seph wants to interact with a little deadpan snarker who spent most of her life poking holes in the egos of mecha pilots Ruri is there as Omoikane.

Well, he probably won't want to because he's a jerk like that. I on the other would enjoy it. He has plenty of ego to be poked.

To be fair, Ruri is a tiny girl and easily swatted at. Though also to be fair she's used to mecha doing that. But if he ever needs someone to call him an idiot, or potentially suggest he consider a life in death metal, Ruri is the girl to do it.

We can see how it goes with hopeful (?) avoidance at swatting since swatting = stabbing in Sephiroth's crazy train world. Moderation is probably something he should learn too.
