About: Ankh is the embodiment of greed that ended up getting stuck as a floaty monster bird arm so he went and found hobo jesus chilling in his underwear and made a deal with him to fight off other monsters while Ankh tried to get his body back, though in the mean time he had to borrow the body of a comatose cop in order to get around. He's mean, willing to use everyone to get his way and eats way too much ice cream. Believe it or not, this is him being nice too.
God/Shinki: God - he is Fortuna
Plans: Luckily Ankh is paired off with Eiji and Philip - while Philip is a new face to him, Eiji is one of the few humans that Ankh is willing to actual listen to so there is that balance going on. As for plans, Ankh is going to attempt to ignore things until Eiji kicks him into gear, although he is finding all these people sound like a bunch of morons as usual.
Wanted CR: Any and all! More people to get in his face, more people to drag him out and around until he thinks of them being 'okay-ish', more people in general. His temple is designed after a restaurant so it's open a majority of the time so anyone can bother him.
Unwanted CR: Well. I'm not sure romance is in the bag for him since he is a bit weird by human standards that and it's pretty obvious to everyone but him and Eiji that they were married.

About: Snarky, apathetic depressive who kills people for money because someone killed his girlfriend... only she wasn't dead and he had to kill her himself. Hence, depressive. Also used to be a private detective, a florist, and an art teacher, but those last two were just covers. He's also a massive flirt who's PORTRAYED as a ladies' man but I have to imagine that was wishful thinking on the writers' part because his lines... oi...
God/Shinki: He's a god. Be afraid.
Plans: Kija is his only shinki at present... they're still getting used to each other. Uh. Youji hasn't discovered his powers yet but I'd like to get him some sort of routine reason to leave his house besides picking up chicks... He's also going to want to talk to all the shinki here and there. His pull point is literally the moment he realized he didn't want to give himself amnesia in order to forget his pain, so watching him conclude that he made the wrong choice would be awesome, no lie.
Wanted CR: Youji's kind of an ass. Uh. He can talk to anybody about anything, but in my experience he tends toward neutral to negative CR, which I'm down with. I would like to get him some friends, but we shall see! He's much more friendly to women though. I wouldn't mind him being able to date a bit, either, so if you have girls over 18 (he's 24-25ish...), that could be a thing?

About: Ren is an ex-villain who is decidedly good now...but it's definitely chaotic good. As long as he can be ~free like the clouds~ and avoid his responsibilities, he's pretty happy. He's generally cheerful and friendly and flighty as all heck, and he's also perceptive and calculating and just a little too eager to fight powerful opponents and utterly destroy them.
He also happens to agree with the general guidelines of the universe aka no shinki memories, no noras, fight the ayakashi, and so on, although he also doesn't think much of Amaterasu or anyone else who's in charge.
God/Shinki: God (Inanna)

Loves sweets, acts rather childishly and playfully most of the time, but will also fuss over anyone he feels needs it.
God/Shinki: Shinki
Plans: Paired with Hijikata, and already fiercely devoted, because that's how he is. But he's still finding his feet and learning how to relate to the world around him, as well as his duties as a Shinki. Mostly he just wants to explore everything, make friends and be the best Shinki he can be and spread the good news of our Lord and Savior Hijikata.
Wanted CR: Obviously all kinds, but especially people to take this starry-eyed creature under their wings, as well as people for him to adopt and dote on. He is very firmly on the anti-nora side, because it goes against his entire personality, so that could be fun to play with. He doesn't get aggressive and judge-y, but he certainly doesn't make a secret of how he feels about it either.
Unwanted CR: Romantic - with the way his devotion works, that is just extremely unlikely.

About: Back from the dead and somewhat disgruntled, he's an ex-bureaucrat/god and coddled nephew of the Merciful Goddess. Also a babysitter. Cranky and antisocial but actually not a bad guy.

Plans: He needs to touch base with the gaiden contingency. And once things have settled down, he'll be working at Itoya. Otherwise, I'm wide-open!

God/Shinki: He's a god, Mixcoatl, a god of the hunt.
Plans: Zangetsu is his shinki, they're going to be doing a prayer soon, and that's all I got. Work kind of killed me the past few weeks and I have admittedly been doing a lousy job of keeping up with things, so I'm trying to get back into the swing of everything.
Wanted CR: People to annoy, people to be vaguely unsettling with, people to gasp make friends with, it's all good. He's got Very Strong Opinions about survival of the fittest and nature and that sort of thing, so he is available for arguments or debates there. People to talk shop about monster hunting with is always a plus! He may also be interested in picking up a nora since that seems like a good way to diversify your strengths here.

About: 300+ year old former princess/ninja/shinigami (god of death/soul reaper) who can turn into a cat. Her role in the storyline is to serve as mentor and guide, make big damn heroes entrances and tease the shounen hero.

She enjoys being right, trolling her friends and taking you entirely less seriously than you take yourself.

Yoruichi's laid back and level-headed, but a terrible troll once she likes someone enough, and a big-sister type for teens. While friendly, she’s not super open. She’s got a thing for charming assholes, and shows of intelligent badassery are guaranteed to pique her interest.
God/Shinki: God! Oya, Yoruba warrior goddess of winds, storms, death and rebirth and sudden change
Plans: Her shinki are Zangetsu (nora) and Amane, and I think she's going to answer a prayer with at least one of them this month. She's comfortable enough with her own powers that I haven't had her exploring her new ones (chaos inducement), so I want to do something with that this month as well. With the recent discussions on nora, she's going to be leery of this world's gods and shinki, since she now sees them as a potential threat.
Wanted CR: All kinds! I would especially love for her to make friends and have a few people to open up to. I'm always up for bouncing her off teenagers or people who need to take themselves less seriously.
Unwanted CR: Anything romantic is likely to be friends with benefits.

Character:Psyche
About: A former contractor and boogieman in a secret war between Order and Chaos. She fought for Order, gave up her actual name to become 'Psyche', and gained powers to convert her emotions into shockwaves.

Though she still has strong instincts regarding Order/Life, Chaos, and things like fealty to your god (especially in regards this nora business, gawd), losing her memories has been a second chance for her in some ways because she doesn't have to deal with pesky things like guilt or being in endless war. As such, she's generally a fairly rational, sappy girl who likes cats, likes helping people, is dense as a sack of bricks when it comes to matters of the heart, and has unconscious talent for fighting or physical activities.

Due to her shockwave ability, she can literally turn her emotions into a weapon via percussive shock blasts (or just minor protection boosts). If used enough, it'll run her emotions on empty and put her into an emotionless state - which she willingly did when she had her memories to cope - and it makes her more likely to make colder, rational decisions.

God/Shinki: Shinki. Works for Lakshimi/Forrest
Plans: Aside from carryover plans of picking up intel or eventually teaching her things like kanji, she's interested in things like the ongoing nora conversation and has recently rediscovered what it's like when she drains herself of emotions. In the case of the former, she's a bit more critical about it because instincts, so that can offer an interesting viewpoint to anyone looking for a conflicting opinion there. In the case of the latter, she might start experimenting with that just to try and understand that mode of herself...while being extremely creeped out at difference, if anyone wants to run into that contrast.
Wanted CR: Mostly the cliche of 'gimme anything'. I like both positive and negative cr - whether that's just giving her a book or writing buddy to hang with or giving her someone that'll push her buttons and twinge her Order instincts.
Unwanted CR:Nothing atm! Permissions aside, I'm open to talking something out and seeing where things go.

Also a note: for anyone who doesn't know Kuroko No Basket, Kuroko has this strange thing where he has a very low presence. This means anyone who doesn't have really good spacial awareness or ability to sense people coming are not going to know he's there until he speaks. It's like walking up behind someone and startling them because no one notices he's there, constantly. People also forget if they are in the same room as him. Sort of like this.

Lots of animanga, including but in no way limited to CLAMP stuff, Utena, Evangelion, Mononoke, Free!, Cowboy Bebop, Hetalia, the Devil is a Part-Timer! Tabletop RPG stuff -- I'm in a Pathfinder game now, and used to play a lot of 3.5. Video games, mostly ones with elements of RPGs, hack and slash, and/or strategy and tactics. Steven Universe. Firefly, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings... seriously, I like a lot of things.

Character: Toshizou Hijikata (Peacemaker Kurogane version)
About: Hijikata used to be a peasant, and then he used to be a samurai because screw knowing your place, and then almost everyone he loved died horribly and his culture changed forever, and then he died. Now he's here, gracing the Far Shore with his chain-smoking, hidden heart of gold, excellent abs, and resting bitchface. He's a very serious man and can come off as stern and unrelenting, but deep down, he's protective and well-intentioned, and one of the most devoted, loyal people you'll ever meet. (There's a sense of humor in there somewhere, too, I swear.)

Also, he writes terrible poetry, just so the world knows.
God/Shinki: God - Hachiman
Plans: Hijikata's still sort of coming to terms not with dying, but with being alive afterward. He's also trying to come to terms with his shinki not remembering having been the actual love of his life, so that's a thing?

Since part of his role as Hachiman is serving as a guardian and he's a workaholic even when he's not using being a workaholic to cope and/or trying to establish a new purpose for himself in life, he's likely to be doing a lot of ayakashi-hunting whenever he gets the chance. That said, he's a naturally critical sort of person, so he's also interested in getting to the bottom of some of the questions people have about the Heavens and how/why they ended up in this situation. And he's trying to get used to literally everything that's been invented or introduced to Japan more recently than 1869! Culture shock!

Also, at some point I'll have to do a Bad Poetry Filler Episode log.

Character: Pippa Cross
About: Pippa is absolutely a proper English lady, why would you ever think otherwise-- nah, Pippa can be a major brat and pretty mean, but she absolutely means well. If she likes you, anyway. All the same, she can be fiercely loyal and can become somewhat of a sheep if she's trying to get on someone's good side. Once you're golden in Pippa's book, you're golden forever. However, as vain and somewhat pugnacious as Pippa can be, she's pretty darn multifaceted. She also has epilepsy, and essentially killed herself to get out of a loveless marriage. Yikes.

She's also in love with her best friend, Felicity. Scandalous for a Victorian lady...!
