Yes Da Qing will help Ginia adopt a cat. She clearly needs more cats in her life and he will make sure she receives a great guide to keep her on the right path.

I kinda want Ginia to end up with a scraggly stray that's all venom and claws and probably missing an eye or something and becomes a complete sweetheart after a few months of love and care.
