As it's come to our attention that plurk hasn't been updating for roughly the last 6 hours, here's an announcement summarizing the recent modplurk from this morning:

1. Apps are open!


2. They were opened a little before 10am Eastern this morning, which was late. For this we apologize.


3. Apps will remain open until next Saturday, the 16th, at 10am Eastern


4. That should still give all applicants a week-long window, just shifted a bit.
