Shun's probably going to be looking out for Mikoto in the coming month to try asking him about the nature of his and Reisi's powers, but he also doubts he's going to get any actual answers so he will probably settle for "just try not to get him killed ok".

Even his men have a hard time getting answers out of him so really it's not you Shun. It's him. As for Reisi, Mikoto is actually pretty considerate of him here in TFS since he figures he was the reason why the poor bastard died. That's what happens when you corner someone into killing you, so he'll be uncharacteristically nice to him which means he'll only start fights with him sometimes instead of all the time.
