Yep, he's from the end of Chapter 698, right after Naruto makes him cry, so he doesn't have any practice with not being... well, himself yet. Not entirely crazytrain, but not entirely calm and friendly. :)

Awesome! It's one of the better times to take him from for games, I've found. Also, if I'm remembering correctly, Sasuke is the most ahead in canon out of the Naruto cast here.
