This guy would hang out at this hypothetical bar... and not mind the shadiness. He's the kinda guy who stays after hours chatting with the bartender.

Lin, I just remembered! When I had this boy back in Vat, he was p good friends with the HOMRAs so I think he and Izumo would get along.

At least they'd both be able to give Bandou pointers on how not to suck in front of girls...
