Plans: His partner is Tot, which is hilarious and also should not be so damn adorable, what the hell. They're working on answering a prayer and he'll probably want to seek out some instruction on how to use his weird shinki powers so he can protect her as well as he can. Other than that, no plans!
Wanted CR: Positive, negative, whatever. Just because you have positive CR with him doesn't mean he won't hit you or bitch you out at some point. It's how he shows affection, honest.

Tsuzuki may not get into too much detail with his suspicions while he's at Ammy's party, just because there's too many people watching, so it's up to you!
