Berserker fights with brutality, but a very calculated one. Caster's shinki provides him with effectively inexhaustible supply of weapons. Never a one that he would be unfamiliar how to use- besides it's mostly swords anyway. While it cannot compare - never will, a sad truth - of having his spear, for this place it is enough. He might be a mage but with wits of a hunter, and experience of a warrior- so the spells he use focus on mostly strengthening his body, to compliment the weapons.
Caster gets done with his side of ayakashi and gets a front seat work in seeing of what must have been Berserker's Noble Phantasm. Of this power he can't be jealous, it comes at cost of this apathy and mechanical efficiency.
There is no joy in this battle, no excitement, there is just nothing. And it is a scary thought that there is potential of such uncaring apathy in the man who was the source of "Legend of Cu Chulainn" ]

Often that magical energy has to come from somewhere, and they are not having Masters here. While the Servants won't disappear here from lack of mana, the regain rate has a lot left to be desired - unless you like week lasting nap - but also seems to be different from person to person.
