Of your three, Souji is the only one I really know, and I would love CR with him though all are welcome. How would he feel about meeting a headless biker lady with shadow powers?

Honestly Celty is tied for my #1 favorite character from drrr so I am totally here for meeting a headless biker lady. Souji will also roll with it.

Nah, I feel like picking arcana for links is a pretty self indulgent process anyways. It also just makes it easier between it being an obvious choice + you suggesting it/reasoning it out. It actually really does suit her, yk?
