Character: Shuusei Kagari About: He comes for the future where low potential criminals are used to hunt other criminals to keep inspectors from falling like they have. He was judged irredeemable at the age of five so he's been in captivity for almost all of his life. In the Far Shore he doesn't remember that life but he over indulges in his freedom a bit, still likes to cook, likes flirting with girls and has some skewed morals.
