I do want them to have some sort of follow-up, I just don't know how to set it up yet. Pretty much all Zeno can do is bait him over the BBS, but also I don't think Zeno wants to fully admit to being immortal in public yet. Or ever.

But it might be doable in a roundabout way. He might talk about nectar and ambrosia and hint that that causes immortality. Would Farfarello be interested if he talked about concrete methods of gods maintaining immortality like that?
