About: Mass-murdering primary school teacher turned demon trying to save the world in a road trip buddy movie with the power of either friendship or passive aggression, whichever works better at the time.
God/Shinki: Shinki of Ixtab (Yuri Kozukata)
Plans: I have a school catchall that I'll be posting shortly for anyone who wants to hang out/study/use the place as a convenient meeting hall! He's also going to be increasingly snappish about the way the Heavens are being run (seriously, guys, what the fuck) and interested in finding and ripping the face off of whoever is responsible for new gods' appearance and disappearance.
He's also headed for an ablution in April on account of being unable to healthily process his feelings, plus some help from Chikusa's blight poison. Whoops.
Wanted CR: Friendly, sunny people, especially if they're students of his, because it's funny to watch him try to deal with that shit and also probably good for him emotionally in the long run. Bleak, cynical people he can bond with. Sneaky people interested in helping him uncover the rebels and hurt them until information emerges. Any combination of the above.
Unwanted CR: I'm pretty much down for anything! That said, Hakkai's currently a. the shinki of the goddess of suicide and b. unhappy, cynical and self-destructive, and those are things that are likely to come up in conversation. Please let me know if there are any topics you would prefer I avoid or if you would prefer for me not to tag you with him -- his permissions post is here.
Character: Dana Scully
About: Sarcastic special agent with a genuine passion for discovering the truth, protecting the weak and achieving justice. She's starting to accept this whole bizarre fantasy setting as probably real (or at least something she's willing to treat as real) but this doesn't stop her from getting the occasional headache when people start chatting about magic.
God/Shinki: Shinki of Coeus (Brad Crawford)
Plans: I'm still looking to get Scully more involved! She's a bit of a stick in the mud when it comes to socializing with the teenage/college-age set, so older friends (25+) who're willing to go out for a drink and a mutual "god, this place sucks" session would be especially welcome.
I'd also be interested in anything that she can use her forensics skills for! Anybody need a dead body analyzed? Or a living one? She's available for helping out on prayers, I'm 100% down to plot.
She's been helping out the Schwartz investigation stuff, but she's also maintaining her independence when it comes to her day-to-day routine (more or less!)
Wanted CR: Older adult friends, plotty types she can assist or devil's advocate at, kids she can try to cope with. (I'm also interested in shipping with Scully, or at least having her get a few casual dinner-and-drinks dates! She's single and could use a social life.)
Unwanted CR: Scully doesn't do the bonding-through-fighting thing, so she may not be a good mix with violent shonen types. Sneaky shonen types, on the other hand: sign me up!
